What data we process

We process personal data in three limited ways:

  • When you contact us. If you email or call us using the details on this site, we process the information you choose to share (such as your name, email address and the content of your message) so we can respond and, where relevant, take steps toward working together.
  • Technical/server data. Our hosting provider automatically logs technical information — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • Aggregate analytics. We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (Vercel Web Analytics) that measures aggregate traffic — such as page views, referrers, approximate country and device type — to understand how the site is used. It does not set cookies and does not store information that identifies you personally.

We do not run contact forms, user accounts, comment sections, advertising pixels or third-party tracking, and we do not sell or rent your personal data.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and sets no non-essential cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. Because of this, no cookie-consent banner is required to browse the site.

Recipients and processors

We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf (data processors), under data-processing agreements:

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting and cookieless analytics.
  • 〔Our email provider〕 — processing of correspondence when you contact us by email.

International transfers

Some of our providers (including Vercel) may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the provider’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted according to our internal routines. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and operational purposes. Analytics data is aggregate and not tied to you personally.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, and to its rectification or erasure; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@ramskov.com. We will respond within the time limits set by law.

Complaints

If you believe we process your personal data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark — datatilsynet.dk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always available on this page.
