companies. We primarily work within Life Science, but we also support other complex industrial segments.
You will join our Project Services team. We are a team of individual professionals
working together to support our clients mainly in project controls, risk management, procurement-, contract-, and document-management. We are a mix of seniors, mid-level and juniors with varied backgrounds. We thrive in a diverse environment and believe that the combination of our combined skills brings the best solution to our community and clients.
As our new Document Management Consultant, you will primarily be working with:
- Document Management strategies and systems
- Document Control in EPC projects
- Defining processes and standards
- Maintaining overview and reporting on status and progress
- Advising on best practices and options
- System set-up and maintenance
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who has a solution-oriented mindset and thrives by supporting our clients on being in control of their documentation. You should have a good understanding of Document Management, either from a theoretical-, system-, or control-perspective.
The position is open to both a junior and senior consultant, and hence an interest and ambition in consulting and Document Management is more important than your concrete experience. The following areas should resonate with you and your desires:
- Education and/or experience in Information Science
- Knowledge of Information/Document Management Systems
- An eye for detail, ability to see the bigger picture, and “connect the dots”
- Good people and communication skills
- Experience from the Life Science industry or CAPEX/EPC construction projects
- Proficient in English
