Business Administration Coordinator

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Business Administration Team!

You will work alongside smart and fun colleagues in a collaborative and engaging environment. Ramskov Consulting Group is a consulting business, built on extensive experience from working on complex global assignments among industry leading companies. We primarily focus our effort within Life Science, but we occasionally support other complex industrial segments.   

You will support the internal project administration, internal management reporting and external authority reporting.  

As our new Business Administration Coordinator, your tasks will include:  

  • Perform daily bookkeeping including cost accounting, invoicing, payment transactions, cost distribution, and VAT. 
  • Handle payroll activities including monthly salary, pension, maternity/sick leave, and tax deductions and setting up new colleagues joining.   
  • Assist with project administration tasks such as budgeting, tracking, and invoicing as well as creation of new projects in our invoicing system.  
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.  
  • Ad hoc tasks involved in financial analysis to assess the financial health of the organization.   

Who you are  

You have excellent numerical and analytical skills and pay high attention to detail and accuracy in your work. You are pro-active and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You enjoy working independently handling your own tasks and responsibilities, but you also appreciate being part of our team and taking part in our organizational culture. You are skilled at optimizing processes to improve overall efficiency.  

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.  
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, internaly in a company or as a bookkeeper/accountant at an accounting firm.  

Proficiency in the following programs is considered a plus: Economic, Danløn, PLEO, TimeLog, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.  

Fluency in English.
